Get connections timeseries for the databases behind a proxy.
Returns per-bucket connection usage summed across databases: the client
connections into DBO (incoming) alongside the connections DBO holds against
the upstream database (outgoing). Covers every database behind the proxy
unless narrowed with database_id.
