Get a deployment script
Mainly used by the command line returned by the CreateDeploymentScript API.
The script is fetched anonymously by the curl command with no credentials;
the unguessable script id acts as the secret and scripts expire shortly
after creation. The raw script is served as the response body so the
command can pipe it straight to sh.
