expected_resource_version on UpdateNodePool for optimistic concurrency.
It is a top-level field (not part of metadata) because it is the API's
concurrency token rather than descriptive metadata, matching
expected_resource_version / applied_resource_version on the update
contract. On update requests the value sent here is ignored.

canonicalMetadata

CanonicalMetadata is the standard object metadata. Replaces the
deprecated metadata field.
