Get the sync report for a cloud asset integration.

Get the sync report for a cloud asset integration.
The report is a singleton sub-resource of the integration and contains the
most recent sync run for each (provider_namespace_id, asset_type) pair,
exposing the same rows that feed the derived CloudAssetIntegration.state.
