Public endpoint used by the hosted login page: returns the managed AUTH0 connection name for an email domain so that non-console clients (CLI, MCP) can continue their own OAuth transaction by calling /authorize with the resolved connection, instead of being rerouted through the console's /v1/sso flow. Anonymous; browser access is restricted to allow-listed origins via CORS.
