Create an MCP connection.

Creates an MCP connection. The auth type is fixed at creation; changing
it later requires deleting and recreating the connection.

Body Params

MCPConnection binds a remote MCP server URL to the authentication the
gateway uses when calling it. Credential values are never present on
output.
