Query Jira issue costs

Pages through Jira issues linked to the organization's reported PRs. An issue's cost is the sum of its linked PRs'
costs in the latest stored PR cost calculation. A PR linked to several issues counts in full under each of them
and once in the summary. Only issues confirmed by an active connected site count; references still waiting for
confirmation and references that could not be confirmed are counted in the summary instead. With
unlinked_pull_requests it pages through the reported PRs linked to no issue instead.

Query Params
string

Only issues on this connected Jira site.

string

Only issues in this Jira project, by its key, such as ABC.

string

Only this issue, by its current or an earlier key, such as ABC-123. For an epic, its issues too.

string

Only issues in this Jira status category: new, indeterminate or done.

date-time

Leaves out done issues resolved before this time, or last updated before it when Jira has no resolution time, unless
one of their PRs is open or was merged or closed since; and PRs linked to no issue merged or closed before it.
Issues that are not done and PRs not merged or closed stay, so a period shows the open work and the work done in it.

int32

Maximum issues, or PRs with unlinked_pull_requests, per page; 0 means 100.

string

next_page_token of the previous page, sent with the same filters and order.

string

Empty for the highest known cost first. Otherwise issue (site, then key), cost, pull_request_count or
last_activity, ascending or followed by " desc". Ties follow the site and issue ID. Must be empty with
unlinked_pull_requests.

boolean

Lists the reported PRs linked to no issue instead of issues: the PRs behind the summary's unlinked figures, for the
same time filter, highest known cost first and then by provider, host, repository and PR ID. A PR linked to an
issue is never listed, whatever the status filter keeps. A site, project or issue filter leaves the list empty, as
it leaves those figures out.
